Christchurch Metro Cricket are excited to announce that Tim Murdoch has been appointed to the position of Operations Manager, taking over from Mike Fisher at the start of September. 

Tim was appointed following a robust recruitment process which attracted a number of high quality applicants. Tim has a long and distinguished history in sports administration, working as the Operations Manager for New Zealand Cricket, as Business Development Manager for the Christchurch Football Club and most recently as the General Manager of Nelson Cricket. 

He also has a deep understanding of the local cricket scene through voluntary roles he has undertaken with Riccarton Cricket. We look forward to welcoming Tim to the team.
